With this topic we will be sharing our thoughts and experiences of how this affects us, and what it means to us. There is no pressure to share anything that you are not comfortable with. Art materials will be provided so you can just come along, have some fun, and perhaps try something new. So what is Spill the Tea?
Spill the Tea is a relaxed gathering of LGBT+ community members and allies that meets most Saturday mornings. Each week offers a new opportunity for a variety of activities, from coffee and chatting, to all sorts of crafting, to visits to local places of interest. It is a chance to interact with others in a friendly, open, inclusive atmosphere, and spend some time being fully ourselves.

This week our Saturday morning group will be doing some preparations for our celebratory prom; the Be You Prom. We will be finishing off some decor for the prom, and probably be discussing it too. Everyone’s welcome.

The Be You Prom is of celebration for Forward and our community, a chance to have a night out and express ourselves. It will be a chance to dress up, celebrate queer joy, and truly be ourselves together. If you have any questions, there will be opportunity to ask about it at Spill the Tea. With the return of the heatwave and sunny weather, our Saturday morning group will be heading On Tour again. This week we will be going to Bramhall Park. It’s a chance to spend some time in nature, possibly spot some wildlife, and enjoy the sun in the park together. Due to the forecasted hot weather, please take care to look after yourselves, stay hydrated, and use plenty of sunblock. Everyone’s welcome.
